    Why Doctors May Not May not always try to save a fingertip.

 1.      Which injuries should always be treated by a doctor?
    if the injury is more serious, then you could suffer permanent damage unless you get help.
2.      What do you think “it’s a different ballgame” means? 
   When deep structures are involved, it's a different ballgame

3.      What are signs of a deep cut?
  They are forceful bleeding and bright red blood .

4.      What is Gelfoam?
It is  different medical products that can help stop the bleeding.

5.      What should you do if your fingertip is cut off?
First,we should gently clean the amputated part with water or saline and then place it in a waterproof bag and place the bag on ice.

6.      Dr. Brown says fingertips are not often __reattached _if they are the length of a fingernail or shorter.

7.      How is a fingertip reattached?
It’s done under a microscope, reattaching nerves and arteries and tendons.
8.      What does a patient have to do to regain use of their finger?
Patients have to be willing to undergo a rehabilitation process to regain use of the finger.

NİCE 21 DAYS

                              I had a long holiday time. I went to my family in Adana. There was a lot of relationship and friends in Adana. I went to by plane. It was very exciting. I waited to fly plane a hour in airport. While i was waiting plane, i ate hamburger menü, so i was very sad, because it was very expensive in airport, in burgerking. But i was very hungry, because my final exam finished, i didn't have time to eat something. And then my father waited me in Adana airport. I met my father, we went to together in our house. My mother and my relationships waited me in my home. They suprized me. I was very happy with them. Then my brother came in Adana. I was in home for 21 days with my family. I cooked delicous food, make some tea every night, make pop corn. I watched tv with my family, i went to go to picnic every weekend with my family... Because i usualay miss my family, i love them. I want to be my family by beside of me. But i am 21 years old, i don't be a baby, i study  a university in İstanbul. I must learn to live alone.

         I have a student credit card, but when i was going to shopping or somewhere in İstanbul, i couldn't take my card. Because, my card is stolen by someone. Or i could forget it somewhere. Sometimes i forget its' place in my bag, i was very afraid. When i used it in shopping time, i didn't think to pay a lot of money with my card.

Whatever the case might be, what are the advantages and disadvantages of using credit cards, particularly for people your age?
   To have a credit card, i think it is very hard, resbonsible for human. While people was using a student credit, they weren't thinking some money. Because credit has a lot of advantages. For example, no money, shopping center makes payment for people. People can take some thing a web site with a credit card. This is very easy and they pay a lot of money with a card. I think, user has particulary. People that have a job, isn't under 18 age can use a card.

            Have you ever been in a situation where something was stolen from you? What happened and were your possessions ever recovered? 
    No, i haven't, but my grandfather have a car. Some children was stolen from grandfather. A day my parents and grandfather went to picnik by his car. He parked his car under the tree. We went to picnic area. While we were prefer to cook some meat, suddenly a car's alarm was ringing, we walked fast in under the tree, but his car wasn't in there. We called the police. And then his car was found without wheel.

   What can people do to protect themselves from theft at home or in public?
   They can stay a safe home, take an alarm their house, windows don't opened in nigth.
  Are there any special precautions tourists should take when traveling to another country?
    They should learn telephone number in the country, police,hospital hotel...
